Comment: Just roaming the net on my friend's computer, and happened upon this page. Since you offer a chance to unburden myself, I think I will. It is kind of strange, I'll admit, to talk to someone you've never met before just like old friends, but at the same time it is kind of exciting. I am a 21 year old female college student currently studying international relations. I am supposed to graduate in approximately six months. I have absolutely no idea what I will do after that. Maybe I will go and live with my sister in Dallas. I am also considering moving to Boston with my friends (they all seem to be moving there after graduation) and getting an apartment. What I would really like to do is go to Europe. I lived in Madrid last year as part of an exchange program. Coincidentally, I also lived in London for about a month with a friend of mine who was on an exchange program with the University College of London. I enjoyed my stay immensely, although it was very expensive. No more expensive than New York or Los Angeles, I suppose. But much more than the farms of New York State. I have a lot of work that I should be doing on my thesis, but I can't bring myself to do that just now. I can't really think of anything else to say. I'm sorry if you were very bored reading this message. Oh, by the way... so you have something of a face to put with the name, I have brown hair and green eyes. Seems sort of a dumb way to end a letter, but I can't think of anything else to say. Goodbye!!

    So What does Paula think?

    • I want more information on those low cost farms in New York State. Okay, here's what I think you should do: Don't graduate in 6 months - stretch it out another 10 years, so you can delay your student loan payments, then go visit your sister in Dallas for a month or so next Summer, then go hang out in Boston for a while, and drive up to Maine and go whale watching, and then head for Logan and get on a flight to London, but meet a rich guy first, who'll go with you and pay for it. You can dump him when you get back. Then, dye your hair blonde, keep the green eyes, and you can write back and describe yourself and it will seem like a whole new entry!

    So What does Tom think?

    • Whoa! Megan has managed to sum her entire life up in two paragraphs! She is GOOD. Lonely and in need of serious help, but good! And this is what I ALWAYS resort to when I'm trying to keep from working on my thesis!
